- Solar Performance: Problems with solar panels or rechargeable batteries that stop the product from operating as intended.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions.
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, discolouration, or surface rust from outdoor exposure.
- Damage caused by environmental factors such as extreme weather, salt air, storms, floods, or heavy snow.
- Replacement of batteries or bulbs unless they were faulty upon receipt.
- Modifications or repairs done by anyone other than an authorised Garden Lights Direct representative.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us: Email our support team at support@gardenlightsdirect.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or videos clearly showing the defect.
- Assessment: We may ask you to return the product for inspection. If a fault is confirmed under warranty, we will at our discretion repair, replace, or refund the product.
- Shipping: You are responsible for returning the faulty item to us. We will cover the cost of sending a replacement if the issue falls under our warranty for UK Mainland; charges apply for out-of-mainland zones.
